PEP bought this company between 5 and 10 years ago. Since then, they've grown it so it is definitely worth more today than it was when a PEP bought it. To get an idea how much it is grown and by extension its value, just look at the history of profitability in the prospectus. Ultimately, value is a function of sustainable profitability and opportunities to grow.
The company is a BARGAIN at current price, which represents a p/e multiple of just over 6x.
Only thing I question is the integrity of the management.
