Shareholders need to appreciate here that Denbury will never be able to steal ELK with the two very secure top two shareholders holding 35% of the Company.....their interest will be directly aligned with the best interest of all shareholders when it comes to accepting a fair price for ELK
Denbury could afford to pay $2.00 and they will probably have to if they want it
