I am somewhat confused here...
The motion was passed (practically unanimously) - that's good.
I'm in for the ride.
But why are the shares still open for trading or, more to the point, why would anyone buy or bid anything even approaching half it's recent value (0.8 cents) unless they felt that the awaited "tax ruling" was going to go against the idea? Or is it NOT YET trading on an "ex" basis - is that what is meant by "an amended timeline"? The previous announcement (also relating to an amended timeline) said that yesterday was the date that the shares would begin trading on the basis of the split assets, but the market seems unchanged (and perhaps a bit bored by it all - no significant action to be seen).
Please explain!
