    Passed with no bother, now for the bigger update with some technical info on
    what shareholders will get.

    Just wondering if the buy/sell orders will be cleared tomorrow prior to trading
    so no advantage given to anyone. Perhaps a trading halt for a couple of days to
    let the dust settle.

    Results of this meeting and decision will have a material impact on share price going
    forth.
