I sat two metres in front of ja when he spoke of the demerger. I watched, listened and liked what i heard and saw.
My view is that this will have legs because he thinks it is in the best interest of shareholders.
Only time will tell, but my opinion is we will be back for another egm within a few months approving a demerger. Make up your own mind.
