i know a ranchowner whom has rejected an offer of $10,000 per acre some 10+ miles north west of the texon acres, with only 1 chesapeake well producing (very badly) about 3 miles south east of that ranch and absolutely no producing wells on the ranch in question.

based on that alone i am not at all convinced on the $9k valuation the market gives texon with 5 producing wells and the vast number of wells producing on all borders of the acreages..

asf, i am absolutely certain big aurora is aware of texon..

rbs clients are no longer supporting this one and there is no base for texon now.. can drop to wherever the seller strategically wants it.. could go mid .30's easily in a flash..
