EU can go on and become all it can be without UK constantly undermining it's potential. Keeping EU in status quo as USA vassal and UK serving as some sort of bridge for USA interests.
And UK will be happier place pretending to be superpower of old times in my opinion.
Hopefully they can trash out some economic deal, so people in UK and EU suffer as little disruption to their lives as possible.
