Well,
When I first read the headline of the announcement, I thought it was going to be bad news.
However, upon reading it, it appears to be good ... in my mind, anyway. A chance to get out at a decent price (relative to the current one) and hopefully something that will bolster the SP prior to the de-list.
Some thoughts from others (please)?
