Point_and_figure thanks for the indepth assessment - agree 100% with everything you have stated but didn't have the time to troll the reports and complete an in depth analysis myself - you've hit the nail on the head IMO.

Takes me back to one of my concerns/comments. How are calibre being allowed to delist and put such a shitty offer infront of the faces of those that gave $75M in support? I think its a little criminal... And I would have thought that minority shareholders have some protection from the governing bodies... wreaks of fraud, free hit for the company at the expense of minor holders

They have acquired businesses, strengthened their brand in a slumping market, have actually performed very well financially and have positioned themselves extremely well in non-commodity based engineering services, plus, plus, plus... Holders hanging on long term would be fairly happy with results to date, I have had this company on my watchlist for a while liking what I saw and waiting for an entry point... So glad I didn't dip the foot in
