    Hi Friendly Dwarves with your comment above about cutting off my nose.

    You didn't really reply to my post which was centred on why aren't the directors selling into the buy back?

    Why did Reichler just shell out for some more shares on the 4th of November after the delisting has been announced? Seems that is the same Reichler who is already holding 800,000 odd shares and who has declared he isn't selling into the buy back?

    If the directors aren't selling why should I?

    If the company paid dividends in the past, and presuming that past history is an indicator of the future then why wouldn't they in the future? Do you think that becoming an unlisted company will change their approach to dividends and what do you base that on?

    I already posted above that the delisting was going ahead as FR is voting for it.
