The approval to delist would probably require a 'yes' from a number of parties to include ASIC and maybe even a court.......

IMO I doubt that AWE is going to delist until they get 'enough' shares.

Under the legislation I believe that they can buy up 5% of the outstanding shares each year after the T/O offer lapses.

It appears that they'll probably get their 50% even without the directors' shares. So add another 10 million directors shares to the amount that they have now and the shares that they'll get after the 1st of July from those that want to take any gains next year.

If they are happy with that number and don't want to pick up anymore shares then they'll go through the delist process.

If they want to haang around and pick up a few more shares on the market then they'll probably keep the listing.......
