delisting of adi after awe get >50.1%

Does anybody know how long it would take AWE (from the moment they get >50.1%) to delist ADI if they are fully inclined to do so ASAP thereafter? I'm asking because I hope to hold out until late July to get CGT discount on a parcel of shares. No doubt several others are in a similar position, hence this important question for holders.
