The upside to delisting always is .... and i’ve ridden a few...
Firstly the downside ......
A few failed takeovers by the largest holder they could just washout out remaining shareholders with capital moves and outside of all the regulations you find with public companies.
The upside .... go dark for a few years out of the public eye and relist as a company with the with a fully operational business & mine and IPO @ 10x the price they delisted at.
Always a bit of a coin flip.
