I tried to get in touch with Frank Pertile multiple times months ago, he kept dodging me every time and sent me a half assed text message. Must've been too busy using the company's money to achieve nothing to address the to genuine concerns from a shareholder.
I ended up digging further and contacting their "partners" which resulted me dumping everything at a loss. Lucky I did otherwise the loss would've been significantly larger now.
I recommend other holders do more research into this company and go through their announcements and timings at the very least.
