    I cant believe that Bray; FAS would have had to clearly demonstrate to the ASX regarding the party/s they were dealing with to secure final funding. Lets not forget this is a regulative body that protects the public, investors. Its too big a call for me to think FAS pulled the wool over the eyes of the auditors of ASX
