This situation sucks for those that lost money and have had it tied up for so long and still tied up. This mess should have been sorted out a long time ago and the company either re-emerge as a shell, raise funds, or go broke. The pathetic letters sent out by the asx from time to time over the 3 years highlight how out of touch they are.
