You become a shareholder in a private company in effect (but because there will be more than 50 shareholders it is called an unlisted public company), where there is no market to trade your shares other than if you can somehow find a private buyer. Or if you need to sell out a dominant shareholder may give you a pittance for them. This is why we cannot let this happen.
