I guess the question I ask myself is why do I feel this way? Do I feel like the board of FMS is acting in the best interests of ALL shareholders? Has my exposure to the publicity and promotion that BBIG has been making to various parties confused me when compared to what I am being told by our Board? 

It really is a question of trust in my opinion and I personally have reached a decision on that based on what I view as clear evidence to me. Of course, everybody needs to come to their own position but not having the ability to sell my shares on the market has a huge impact on my investment strategy.
