Change from ordinary resolution (only 50%+ required) to special resolution is what is needed.

Even that is sus for as I have always said OCJ are the key. We do not know their intentions.

It will only hurt us financially if it occurs. Privacy is just that. 'They' will do what they like within the corporation law
