Now we have definite confirmation. There won't be any production during 2011. The annual report states: "Construction is expecteed to be completed towards the end of 2011, with production and first sales scheduled during the 2012 year."

This is like Chinese torture. Whenever a piece of information is released it means yet another delay. Note: What they did NOT say is this: "...,with production and first sales scheduled during THE FIRST QUARTER OF the 2012 year." Or "JANUARY 2011", or "EARLY 2011". We've seen omissions like this in the past and whenever we saw them it meant more delays were on their way. This wording yet again leaves the door wide open for further delays.
