delays confirmed

The real news in the report was this:

"Hazelwood has now sourced the first consignment of feedstock from an operating mine in Central Asia. This commissioning feedstock is
expected to be on site before year end."

Note: What they did NOT say is "...first production is expected to take place before year end." So I take this as confirmation of my assumption that we won't see any production before year end.

So feedstock is expected to arrive on site before year end but there was no update on the purchase of the inner refractory liner which is essential for hot commissioning. So once again this leaves the door wide open for (foreshadows) more delays and disappointement.
