I understand why you would draw that conclusion and if he could Andrews would have his fingerprints all over it, but I don't think this is the case anymore . What the Govt has been up to on a number of issues stinks to high hell and i don't think any judge would want to be associated with a govt like this one as it would destroy his career his reputation and his standing in the legal fraternity.
