    Well, the clock is ticking 6 months now? Perhaps the decision will come down right on the election so that is Labour lose, they wont be in to appeal the decision. Of course the Libs will be stuck with the payout ect? and they are pro exploration. Hmm this is taking a long time for only a 3 day hearing and perhaps just a small refund and damages for the permits only if thats all we get..
