AGM's are where directors are held accountable by the shareholders for their actions. I would recommend not re-electing one of the Spanish directors (Geocali) and one of the Austs (HFR) as a start. Seems to be 18 people all up on the 2 corporate trees, bit excessive don't you think for a company that doesn't have an income? Adani is accusing the Qld government of blocking the Carmichael mine, why can't HFR do the same with the Spanish?; not that I'm in favour of it. It brings the issue out before the public eye and they have to answer the accusation or dismiss it. Do the people want jobs and better crops or what?
