Totally disagree. Sack the CEO and sales team at the same time you replace them with more competent people. If Buddy’s as industry leading and amazing as Dave’s been telling us, it should be an appealing business for people to join.
Fear of change is a terrible excuse not to change. Especially at a time when sales progress can’t get much worse.
