Good job, at least you're looking around. 

Now when I put rough figures out people know why I say it could be lights out. 

If LIFX is running  at a loss it could well be 5 to 6 mill a qtr which means two qtrs before money is drained. People are worried about the future but I'm worried about the now. 

If DM does a she will be alright on unaudited figures we could well be in trouble. I just hope you are correct and LIFX is blowing it out the water. 

I do have confidence in the LIFX board and I'm sure they wouldn't have done the acquisition if they thought BUD will go bust. 

My thought was the acquisition was to help poor old DM out a little bit, as they're mates. Let's hope the favour works out and it covers itself and OHM or otherwise holy sheet.
