In my opinion, too many freebies have been given away. Management need to stop giving away products for free unless there is a good business case to do so.

The cloud business did not charge all users. How many of the customers became paying customers ? Freebies to Noveda was a clear mistake.

Parse is free. That appears to be a mistake.
