    we should not ignore the full picture with centro .

    1. CER was given birth by CNP , for a number of reasons .
    2. CER still have the major shareholders on board.
    3. CER Have assets .....CNP only debt
    4. CER The name is not tarnished as CNP did.
    5. CER Have more shareholders
