If what you say is true, then i would like a response here from KP.
At .002, if you think things are travelling well-"refreshingly good update on where things are at - PPAs and financing - makes me feel positive", then i am afraid you are easily lead.

Giving stock at a 50% discount to market to DeerValley, so they can just dump the lot, is that also positive.
No wonder we are at .002.
Everyone jumped on me when i called this a convertable note, it has the same effect thats for sure.G Luck
