There would be no way IMO 35K would be a monthly fee if that is what you are refering to.
This is simply an issue IMO.One that does not comply to the original contract.
I am sure in the fine print there is some clause that allows this, in other words us shareholders(owners) are being treated like idiots and potentially taken to the cleaners.
