How is it that Deer valley were issued 23,333,333 shares at an issue price of .0015 which is 50% less than market price when clearly the issuing of shares to Deer Valley clearly states in the announcement that a discount WILL BE 18.5% discount to the
prevailing market price (as defined in the Facility) prior to the issue of the shares? Do they think shareholders are complete idiots? Graham or others would appriciate your comments
