i think much the same i have topped up at 1.98 on Friday. In the commercial real estate market the yields have been compressing downwards to a point i believe they bottomed out and now we are seeing some Auction results seeing higher yields. Maybe some analysts are thinking the higher yield will reflect a lower valuation, which if applied to REITS will mean higher gearing so maybe some funds are exiting. As a yield play its a no brainer.
