    Rugby is another story..
    But yes would help cramps cout,,
    NBD gets cramps and after a few swigs and other things they ease off.
    ,
    Basic formula is
    Any gurkin,,but the best are the lil pickling types, ( not washed,skin and all)
    Clean rain water,
    2% salt,, any less and you do got get good lactic ferment,
    A ton of garlic,,not the jar type.
    Dill,,a heap.
    Horse radish
    Mustard see,who pimento,bay,chili, well experiment and knock ya self out.
    Keep in jars,Barrel whatever,
    A month is enough, but dont tighten the lid as it will blow up.
    It may go sorta milky sediment on the bottom,,,that is Normal and OK.
    ...
    When ferment is done,you can pup in jars with about 20% cider vinegar,
    and the put jar into a water bath,and just just bring up to about 80deg C,
    then tighten lid...

    The remaining liquid,you put in any lidded container,
    and pop in fridge,,,
    ,
    You drink the stuff,,your misses will think your mouth smells like a goats armpit.
    but your gut will love you and send you post cards,
    ,
    You may wish to re enforce your throne room/library,,
    as you will make allmighty botty booms...
    But that good to...
    You colon will send you presents for you birthday out of gratitude...
