Dry needling's a good go to. Hurts like hell. The ability to sleep and get to sleep for at least 6 hours is vital for muscles to rest and repair and helps your mental health. Chronic pain can also be alleviated by low doses of endep, which also works synergistically with lyrica. I take a low dose of both. I've lived too many lives, too much netball, running, swimming and squash and that's before work. Diet is also important. Taking care of your gut is important, yogurt, aloe vera or a pre-biotic if you don't like yoghurt. Sugar and trans fats are to be avoided at all costs. I zigzag along most of the time and babysitting my young grand-daughter has been a new challenge. She's a giant for her age, long arms, legs and far too much energy.
