I went to Perth on the 15th-Back on the 16th as I had to pay the fisheries some money, for the privilege of working my business and to see the Chiro as my right leg ( hip, knee, ankle and all the bits in between) went wonky.
I didn’t even get a chance to go to Bunnings or Woolies.
PS When a leg or arm goes wonky it means my back is good.
I’ve taken a proactive approach to my body issues, I’m deroping my craypots as this will put my pots 15-20kms closer to shore.
It’s the roller coaster ride, out and back that rattles my body.
I should probably stop fishing but if I can fine tune my exuberance, lower the expectations I have on my body and take some advice from my yoga teacher/wife I should be able to enjoy myself for a bit longer
I did ask the Chiro and his reply was that the pills possibly have a small benefit but a balanced diet, cut out caffeine and booze would be far more effective than any other thing on offer.
