PS there would be a buck or three in it with a paddock full,and one of garlic as well... ( espesh.. the Spanish Purple,,,non of that droll China Huge and tasteless stuff )

If you have the right weather,,,
and as you know garlic is a dry land bulb,,,
does well in arid zones,,,
as long as there is moisture at a few critical time,,
