The now famously called "stingy" dividend signalled something was afoot so I was happy to continue to hold NST. It'll be interesting to see what Van Eck et al do in the run up to the next quarterly re-balance. A takeover IMO is unlikely as NST will continue to grow their business in an astute fashion and may even deploy more capital quickly if gold continues to be weak in USD and other distressed assets present themselves.
