Thanks River and Oldmate,
I have held NML for a couple of years now and have no intention of selling. I was attracted by the Ararat ground and think they have a serious chance of finding another Stawell. I am less attracted by Tandarra due to it being a Bendigo nuggety style that are notoriously hard to quantify. The operators are well aware of these problems and an open pit operation would be much less risky than chasing an underground deposit in this material.
I hope drill hole results are being held back from public announcement since this is directly against continuous disclosure. Once they have results they are required to announce them if they are likely to affect the share price. Usually if drilling is not announced it is a signal that the holes have no significant results?
Fosterville has become an exceptional story that is unlikely to happen even once, so to expect repeats is optimistic.
