Generalised assertions are all very well but wouldnt it have more bearing on the course of events if you were able to provide some circumstantial evidence in regards to the claims you are putting forward . Whilst it is good to let some steam off and publicly air your grievances it would be much better if a proper financial audit was carried out with a detailed examination of cashflows and the transaction records of associaed Directors since the Companies time of inception to date . Through this process we could identify if The Director was recieving unauthorised or unsolicited payments , what associated parties were involved in the transactions or deals and who are the financial beneficiaries and how much did each party recieve . I understand Peter Remta is busy and is trying to improve the financial position of The Company , and even though he has the appropriate legal qualifications to conduct such an investigation , I guess we have to give him a bit of time and all of this will happen in due course as he settles in to the position . I really have no idea how the money was allocated and utilised but I can sense some fishy business but lets leave that for the experts to determine .
