For the holders of options and shares out there, there are a number of questions:

    1) Whether to take up any of the SPP?
    2) Whether to find the cash to exercise the options or to flog it on to someone else who has got the cash/will to do pay $0.25 per option.

    This has got me thinking...

With 60m plus options on issue requiring whoever holds them to kick another $15m into the company (or let them expire worthless), the 'glass half full' in me says that holders of shares and options are selling their shares to be able to exercise their options. Once these options have expired/been exercised, the normal supply and demand should return to the share price and we will hopefully see it return to its form in the first half of last year. In which case, taking up some of the SPP should be a no brainer.

The glass half empty says that the increased dilution (SPP and Option exercise) may further reduce the share price.

    Any thoughts??
