The reason for the trading halt is the Company expects to make an announcement on a significant matter relating to a decision made with respect to the four (4) petroleum exploration permits in which OMV Australia Pty Ltd and ENI Australia Limited are in joint venture with the Company and the Board considers the information will be price sensitive. The Company expects the trading halt to continue until an announcement about the above matter is able to be made. The Company expects to make that announcement within the next 2 hours. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
