niu i am a long term Bathurst shareholder and I will be for a long time to come. You seem to not quite understand what is really going on as this is not about environmental compliance. Bathurst have received approval on multiple levels to mine this site whilst taking into account environmental issues but unfortunately B & F are hell bent on stopping or delaying if need be the mining of the Denniston Coal project by locking things up in the courts. You might think this is a fringe group trying to bring stronger justice to the environment but it is just a ploy to hopefully shut it down.
