So it looks as though.

1. Fairstar are using 6m GWR shares as security to Walthamstow for financing.

2. Yilgarn have reduced their holding by 3m shares (I think they are broke anyway)

3. Hutchinson Super Fund (the original MD of GWR (retired) has increased his unit holding by 150,000 or so.) = INSIDER BUYING

4. Alan Rudd increased his holding by 650,000 (retired director) = INSIDER BUYING

5. Mick Wilson increased his holding by almost 1,000,000 shares = INSIDER BUYING

And the other insiders i.e J DOUTCH and M DOUTCH

possibly hiding under the new names of Rubicon nominees? Nefco nominees? Thats about $2.5m worth of shares under those two names. We know doutch has about $5m cash from the Joyners Find tenement sale last year.
