2016 Dec quarter.....?
2016 Sep quarter $747,000
2016 Jul quarter $292,000
2016 Mar quarter $271,000

Thanks for the excellent post and starting point.
It's doubtful the synergies with HealthNotes is fully realised, so plenty of opportunity to be seen in 2017. The projections set out by Management have so far been met and the growth curve is heading in the right direction so it is likely we will see our first $1M quarter.
