If the theory is impatient traders have pushed the price down to 10c because they are too impatient to hold until the next quarterly then I don't see why not.
@911 if your price target is correct, that's a 60% return in one quarter, 240% annualized. Not bad, surely there aren't too many more lucrative places to place your money..
