Ha ha Pygmy...yes, they are two different events - one more meaningful than the other.

The thing I am looking for in the Quarterly is the sentence which has words to the effect of ..."Negotiations around the financing and offtakes are nearing their end stages...blah, blah, blah...". They must be running out of ways of how to re-word this sentence after all this negotiating time taken so far.
