    Oilex does not drill the wells - the drilling contractor drills the wells, and he is paid monthly at the day rates specified in the contract.
    Regarding commerciality - wait for the data from the ongoing production test, after the shutin is complete and the downhole tools are recovered for the data anaylsis.
