Well with revenues of 50 million a year (quite possible by 2016 and expanding after that for another 20 years) would you really expect such a paltry 10% change in market cap - I think not.
But the whole thing depends on the production from Cambay 77H and the next pilot program of wells, so we have to wait and see.
