my understanding is that the energy costs decreased which was passed onto the customer which would have decreased revenue or billing by 25% but the margins were maintained so for the billing figures to stay the same including the price drop, they must have increased by 25%. Very confusing and muddy which is irritating but it’s aleays been confusing and muddy so at least they are consistent ha ha.
