They have told us trade creditors June 2016 was $18M. They have told us that they expect to pay them out by Feb 2017 from cashflow and when this is short raising cash by any means possible. Recently this has been done by issuing dilutive convertible notes as we are all aware.

I would not want a consolidation until such time as the KBL SP is rising. Better to get different financing arranged than to consolidate now just to get the SP above 0.6c.
